This page is provided to allow existing CADS Clients with an already booked appointment to send a message to their group facilitator, keyworker, or counsellor if necessary.

Use this page if you cannot get to your appointment, or if you wish to change your appointment, or if you will be late, or if you need to get some other message to CADS about your planned meeting.
