Make a Complaint

Waitemata District Health Board/WDHB has a Complaints Management policy which all its services including CADS must follow. For more information about our complaints process, please read Things you need to know if you want to make a complaint.

Once this message is received by our Consumer Advisor, it will be forwarded to the appropriate manager who will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.
