harm reduction information sheets
You can print any of the information from this site - some sections have a print friendly version - see top right hand side of page. Or for more information visit one of your local
CADS units - click here to find one closest to you.
If you feel your drug use is causing physical or mental problems, cease using. Try to get some sleep and eat well. Continuing to use will increase the bad experiences and make it difficult to think rationally. Seek medical assistance - go to the local Accident & Emergency Department (hospital, local clinic) or ring them (hospital section of phone book).
If someone is in danger of harming themselves or others ring 111 and ask for the police.
Find out in this section about the
effects of drugs and how to reduce risks from using
them. Remember to watch out for your friends.
If you are concerned about your own or someone else's drug use,
contact
CADS now on 09-845 1818 or www.cads.org.nz
