Groups

CADS runs a number of free educational and therapeutic groups for people who may have issues with alcohol and drugs or have family and friends who are affected.

In a CADS group, you can meet other people who have had similar experiences, learn from other group members, and benefit from the group facilitation of CADS clinicians.

CADS Group topics include:

  • Support
  • Alcohol and other drug information
  • Action
  • Maintenance and relapse prevention
  • Special focus
  • Family & friends
  • Opioid Treatment programme specific.

CADS groups are run in many locations and at different times throughout the week.  To find the right group for you and for details (times and venues), phone 845-1818 and ask to speak to a Duty Counsellor.

When you’re ready!
