CADS Groups - Community Alcohol and Drug Services (CADS) Auckland
CADS runs a number of free educational and therapeutic groups for people who may have issues with alcohol and drugs.

In a CADS group, you can meet other people who have had similar experiences, learn from other group members, and benefit from the group facilitation of CADS clinicians. CADS Group topics include: Support; Alcohol and other drug information; Action; Maintenance and relapse prevention; Special focus; Family & friends; and Methadone programme specific.

CADS groups are run in many locations and at different times throughout the week.  To find the right group for you and for details (times and venues), phone 845-1818 and ask to speak to a Duty Counsellor.

CADS also provides live online group counselling. See the CADSonline page.
